Mr. Smith is the Comptroller and Director for the Catholic Cemeteries of the Diocese of Hamilton since 2008. Mr. Smith graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Administration with Honours and later obtained his Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant Certificates. Mr. Smith brings over 20 years of experience in Finance, Strategic and Operational Planning, and Audit and Internal Controls. Mr. Smith is a Member of the Council of Catholic Services Organizations. As a Catholic and Financial Professional, he understands that leadership includes having both mind and heart in managing the resources responsibly and ensuring the Catholic Children’s Aid Society of Hamilton’s mission is achieved. Mr. Smith is looking forward to sharing his skills and experiences to service the children, youth, and families of the Hamilton Community.
